Food is good. Service is meh..

Was looking for a quick lunch on the go stopped in for a bowl was prepared superquick and the staff was friendly. I did like the teriyaki sauce and asked for jalapeños on the side I would come back here for lunch again if I’m in the area.

The service was good, but the poritions given in the chicken bowl was less than normal. In other words more rice than chicken. I have been to the other WaBa Grill locations and they give you more chicken then this location.

Yummy salmon and veggie bowl with brown rice. Place is clean, staff is friendly.

Really bad and slow customer service. Literally took 4 different workers to figure out how to punch in an order that was in front of me. Everyone seems to work with a sluggish manner. Took over half an hour to get our take out food, not to mention that we saw it sitting ready for about 10 minutes without anyone out loading it

The food is always good here, but a bit odd when I walked in. The cook was in the office eating and Melissa (person at the register), was on her phone...she had NO personality. I'm not sure what happened. The employees I have seen before, were super cool. Didn't feel welcomed at all. Probably start going to the other one on Sepulveda.

I had the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl. It was fantastic!! Filled me up!!

I love their atmosphere. Wings may have been my favorite thing though. Nice selection of beers on tap. Definitely recommend.

This place just opened in my neighborhood. I have been there 3 times so far and the food was overcooked 2 out of 3 times and service has been poor 2 out of 3 also. These are my first times ever at waba. I think ill go back to OMG grill which is a little farther away.

Ordered the steak and chicken plate came with 3 pieces of greens which i think was supposed to be a salad a slice of a stale dry orange 🍊 no Teriyaki sauce it was dry don’t think I’ll be going back

Like Yoshinoya, but also has salmon. Been there once, so far. This kind of food not high on my list but, when I'm in that mood, I'll go back to WaBa

Exceptional and flavorful food, I love the character this place has, and the staff members were very friendly. Will definitely come back again.

Tried this spot once with my friend and I am addicted ever since. I enjoy the excellent mood and delicious food and drinks. Keep it up.

I have been here a few times and enjoyed it.This location is the only Waba grill I have been to.I went in today to find only 2 employees working and the AC not working.It literally is only a few degrees cooler inside then outside. This location is only been open about 6 months. I would think a new franchisee cared enough to be at the location to make sure its going well. When there is a help wanted sign in the window and 16 people in the store and 2 people working the franchisee need to be there.Unfortunately I have already paid for my foodOr I would go somewhere else.

Waba grill is soooooo good!! I came here today with my sister and we enjoyed ourselves. I had the chicken bowl with veggies. She had the waba salad with salmon. Delicious and the service was great. The environment is very welcoming. We will be back.

Nice place to enjoy food. Waba Grill is a place I go to frequently and often recommend to my friends. It's a sorta cozy place to enjoy your food without being interrupted. The service is great and they where able to hold my drink for me when I forgot it one time. The staff is reliable and calm. Though sometimes its cut short and can overwork the employees. That would be the reason to have 4 stars.

Amazing service and great people. I go to one of the school's next to it and after school like on Friday's I go with my friends and there is never a probmle.
